§ XIX. Supplemental Department Procedures

  • Departmental managers may, at times, feel the need for establishing supplemental policies and procedures within their particular department. When this occurs the departmental manager must review these procedures with the civil service board to ensure that city policy is not violated. Once approved and implemented these supplemental procedures will have the same legal standing with regard to the employees covered as would have been the case had the procedures been included herein.
