  • City employees have a responsibility to serve the public. Employees must be courteous and respectful when dealing with members of the public. Employees are expected to be courteous, neat, and efficient at all times. The personal appearance of an employee is expected to be appropriate to the position held and which meets minimum requirements as to neatness and cleanliness.
