§ 9. Operation and Maintenance of System.

(a)

The grantee shall render efficient service, make repairs promptly, and interrupt service only for good cause and for the shortest time possible. Such interruptions insofar as possible shall be preceded by notice and shall occur during periods of minimum use of the cable television system.

(b)

The grantee shall operate and maintain its cable television system in full compliance with the applicable standards set forth by the Federal Communications Commission.

(c)

The grantee shall maintain an office in Colbert County, Alabama, which shall be open during all usual business hours, and be so operated that complaints and requests for repairs or adjustments may be received at any time.
