§ 11-83. Penalties.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this division shall, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished in each offense by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days, or both. Each day a violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
