§ 12-2. Use of Spring Park and Willie Green Park during certain hours—Prohibited without permission.

It shall be unlawful for any person, or group of persons, to be in, about or upon any part of the public areas known as Spring Park and Willie Green Park, including streets or other public ways and buildings or structures located thereon or therein, except by written permission from the park and recreation board of the city during the following hours:
(1)

From 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the months of October, November, December, January, February and March.

(2)

From 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the months of April, May, June, July, August and September.
