§ 14-6. Same—Violation of rules and regulations.

Any person violating any reasonable rule or regulation promulgated and adopted by said commission, or who transfers or sells, or aids in transferring or selling any lands in violation of Article 2 of Chapter 52 of Title 11, Code of Alabama 1975, as amended, shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-8 of this Code.
