§ 16-9. Parking of trucks, etc., prohibited in certain zones.

No person shall park a truck of a size larger than a "pick-up" truck, or any tractor, trailer or camper, on any public street, alley or other public property, within any R-1, R-2 or R-3 zone in the city at any time. For the purposes of this section, the word "park" shall mean the standing of a truck (larger than a pick-up truck), tractor, trailer or camper, whether or not occupied, upon a public street, alley or public property in the designated areas or zones, otherwise than in obedience to traffic regulations, signs or signals, or any involuntary stopping of the same by reason or causes beyond the control of the operator of the same.
