§ 2-20. Mayor-council form of government.

Pursuant to a Final Order of the United States District Court in that certain civil action styled as John Dillard, et al v. City of Tuscumbia, Civil Action No. 87-T-1304-N, United States District Court of the Middle District of Alabama, Northern Division, and pursuant to 1988 Ala. Acts No. 88-556, the City of Tuscumbia hereby adopts the mayor-council form of government as set out in Volume 8, Chapter 43, Section 11-43-1, et. seq., Code of Alabama (1975, as amended).
