§ 2-44. Additional duties; bond.

The city clerk, in addition to enumerated duties, shall perform all duties that may be required of such officer by ordinance or resolution. The clerk shall give bond, with sureties, to be approved by the mayor, in such sum as the board of commissioners may prescribe.
