§ 3-54. Same—Reclamation.

An owner reclaiming an impounded animal shall pay the appropriate fine, plus a fee of five dollars ($5.00) plus five dollars ($5.00) per day for each day that the animal has been impounded, to a maximum fee of forty dollars ($40.00). The owner may also be charged for violation of this chapter and the owner's permit may be revoked.
