Where any person is subject to the payment of a license tax due the city, and has
failed or refused to pay the same, any officer, agent, servant or employee of such
person who undertakes to carry on such business for said person for which a license
is required shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished according to law,
and each day that any officer, agent, servant or employee undertakes to carry on such
business for such person shall constitute a separate offense.
