§ 5-28. Pool rooms and billiard rooms to be on ground floor.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or cause to be operated any pool room or billiard room within the limits of the city other than on the first floor, ground floor or floor level with the street in any building, it being the intention of this section to prohibit the operation of any pool room or billiard room in any room located in any building above the first floor.
