Each distributor or seller, except such as are exempt from license tax under the provisions
of section 5-82, shall, on or before the fifteenth day of each month, file with the city clerk a
sworn, written statement, which shall be a full, true, accurate and correct statement
of the following: (a) the amount and quantity of all gasoline and of all motor fuel
sold or delivered by such distributor or seller within the corporate limits of the
city, (b) the amount and quantity of all gasoline and of all motor fuel sold or delivered
by such distributor or seller outside the corporate limits but within the police jurisdiction
of the city, and (c) the amount and quantity of all gasoline and of all motor fuel
sold and delivered to any other distributor within the corporate limits of the city
or within the police jurisdiction thereof, as the case may be.
