§ 5-101. Reports.

The person liable for any license tax imposed by this article shall file with the city clerk-treasurer, or such officer's duly authorized representative, on or before the final date on which the license tax may be paid without a penalty, such reports, under oath, in such form as the city clerk-treasurer or such officer's duly authorized representative, may prescribe evidencing the amount of business done and the amount of license due thereon.
