§ 5-91. License required.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to have in such person's possession any alcoholic beverages, within the city or its police jurisdiction, for the purpose of sale, or to sell, or keep for sale, or offer for sale, without first having procured from the city a license therefor.
