§ 6.5-152. Construction.

This article shall be construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and rules governing wireline systems and broadband services. This [shall] include but not be limited to those known as cable systems and cable operators who provide cable service and open video systems. With respect to the operation of cable systems, the provision of cable service and open video systems, this article shall be construed in accordance with any applicable rules and regulations of the federal communications commission and the public service commission, or any successor agency or authority.
