§ 6.5-159. Failure of the city council to enforce this article.

  • It being a reasonable assumption that responsible persons of good intent will comply with laws, and to prevent the city from having to constantly monitor compliance with each and every aspect of a service provider's or system owner's or operator's every action, a service provider or system owner or operator shall not be excused from complying with any of the requirements of this article, or any subsequently adopted amendments to this article, by any failure of the city on any one (1) or more occasions to seek or insist upon prompt compliance with such requirements or provisions.
