§ 6.5-163. Resolution of conflicts between this article and a subsequently granted franchise.

Where there is a conflict, whether actual or perceived, between this article and a franchise granted subsequent to the effective date of this article, this article shall control, unless judicially determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or unless the conflict is expressly addressed in the franchise in the context of a lesser standard.
