§ 6-4. Placement or erection of monuments, tombstones or markers in Oakwood Cemetery—Permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place or erect within the limits of what is now known as "Oakwood Cemetery" in the city, according to the map or plan of such cemetery, any marker, tombstone or monument in such cemetery without first obtaining a written permit from the city authorizing the erection or placing of such marker, tombstone or monument and paying to the city for such permit the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
