§ 6-8. Authority of police chief to regulate opening hours for Tuscumbia Oakwood Cemetery.

(a)

The chief of police, except as otherwise directed from time to time by the city council, shall have power and is hereby authorized to regulate the time that Tuscumbia Oakwood Cemetery is opened to the general public.

(b)

Any person failing or refusing to comply with the directions indicated or any sign or marker erected or placed in accordance with the provision of this section, when so placed or erected, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided by law.
