§ 9-52. Penalties.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction by a Court of competent jurisdiction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished in each offense by a fine not exceeding five hundred ($500.00) dollars or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both. Each day a violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
