§ 6.5-210. Permits and licenses.

A service provider or system owner or operator shall obtain, at its own expense, all permits and licenses required by local or state law or county or city ordinance, or state, county or local rule or regulation, and shall maintain the same, in full force and effect, for as long as required by the city or the agency granting the permit or license.
