§ 6.5-211. Technical operating regulations.

It shall at all times be the responsibility of any service provider or system owner or operator to comply with the most current FCC technical rules and standards, if such are applicable to the service provider or system owner or operator, and the city reserves the right and authority to enforce such rules and standards, including the authority to require demonstration of compliance.
